Two readings on my usage account data, 12GB and 19 GB both on one line, how it can be possible?

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, post us a screenshot so we understand more

On The PM app swipe down on the screen to refresh and update your current data usage. Your data is update twice a day. Around noon and around midnight.
