I am unable to see how much data I have used for my pay period or which date it resets. Could you please advise me on this?

Thanks

@caitlin365 was this just a general information request, or are you having a specific issue to do with your data?  If the latter, are you on a "3G"-speed data plan?  (Here's how to tell, if you're not sure.)

I am a little late to the party here, but it is important to add that metered usage items tend to disappear when they are all used up.  If an item is not found, the allotment has been completely consumed.

Data included in your plan will reset at your renewal date.

If you click on "My Rewards" on the account overview site in self serve, you'll see the renewal date on top of the page of the rewards list.

Edit: @NDesai has faster fingers!

@caitlin365 On that same page, you can see the Payment Date. That is the date your payment will be taken if you are on AutoPay. And your plan will reset by the next morning.

If you log into self-serve,(click "My Account" top right of your screen) it will show your data usage under the "My Data & Add-Ons" heading on the first page when you log in.  If you don't see any data, but you have data as a part of your plan, it is likely that you have used all your data already.
