my iphone 17 on ios 26.5 is throttled on data, and phone call quality is static at best. they cant hear me well, but i can hear them well. Ive rebooted the phone, airplane mode over 15 seconds, all multiple times. Is anyone experiencing a similar issue?

Did you try Reset Network Settings? Reboot phone first and Reset Network Settings
But if you don't see any improvement, ask PM to re-provision in their side
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
