Hi there
My data has not worked for 3 weeks. My account is current, nothing owed. I have rebooted / removed SIM / I have also checked the APN settings...they are correct. Not sure what to do now to fix this problem

I think I saw something about the new 3G Speed plans having a problem renewing. If this is what you're on, definately contact the @CS_Agent

Hi @michellegreen,
Could it be that you have used up all your data for the current period?
To check this, log into the Public Mobile self-serve portal, under the "My Data & Add-Ons", can you see how much data you have used up? If there is nothing in this section, that usually means you have used up all your data for the period.
