I created 3 tickets 4 days ago but no response .
No messages in my account and no emails.
I’m a new customer.
Is public mobile that bad in their service?

Thank you. When I subscribed to Public mobile I chose a shipping address fir my Sim from their website. It is supposedly a Telus store address. I went same day to that store in the mall and they said that address on Public mobile site is wrong!
They expected my Sim will be lost. I sent 4 tickets since that afternoon 4 days ago to get help from public mobile to change my shipping address immediately . All was in vain.
I have no Sim . I don’t want an e-Sim.
I’m not sure if I can void my payment through credit card company. The service at public mobile is so lame. Not sure how the quality of their line will be. Doesn’t sound good as a start.

They should have replied by now , but if you submit it , you just gotta wait unfortunately or use a chatbot.
