I’ve been trying since Friday to get help from customer service. I can’t submit a ticket it has an error message. I cleared my cookies and history, still not working. Is there no other option? If I enter a message who do I send it to? I tried CS_Agent like the bot suggested and it won’t even stay in the bar when I move on to write the message? I followed a link in the chat on Friday and sent it, still no response from customer service? SO frustrated with PM. Please help!

They are way behind in answering customers right now. Below is what they sent to me after more than 6 days of waiting.
”We do apologise for the delay of the response, we are handling multiple posts than usual at this time as we are currently experiencing a high volume of tickets due to the high season so it might take a while until you receive our answer. ”

I’m not sure what to do other than get a new provider and I just switched over a few weeks ago 😫

That's not normal. Even during busy times, customer support agent almost always reply within the same day (or next if contacting them late in the previous day).

During business hours, they strive to answer customer messages swiftly. You will often get an answer within an hour. During peak periods, you may need to wait up to 48 hours.Customer Support Agents are available:
Keep an eye on the envelope icon in top right hand corner for a reply from the agent.
Edit: The agents are way behind in answering customers inquiries right now.
