Current Customer, change plans

Hi,

I'm looking to change my plan, however when I login under my profile, there are no options to change the plan. I've been a PM customer for about 8 months

How, do I do it?

@DinoFlint if you are changing plans make sure to have the total plan amount in your "available funds" otherwise it will most likely fail. this process is too advanced for PM's payment system. following this procedure helps relieve the stress on it

Log off your account.

Clear the cache on your browser. 

Restart your Phone.

If you still cannot see the list of plan to change.

Open your a private browsing session and try again.

 

BTW, the Change Plan button is on the overview page after login.

 

PM plans are prepaid plan and there is no refund of the unused days of your current cycle if you change plan immediately.  It is better to schedule a plan change on your next renewal date.
