Hi there, I redeemed my neo points on 28/12/2025. However I don’t see any credit show on my visa statement. It has been happening a few times. Can you please check it for me please? Thank you

This isn't a Public Mobile issue and isn't something that a Public Mobile customer support agent can fix.  This needs to be taken care of by Neo Fianancial customer service.

Public Mobile cannot help with Neo credit card issue, you have to check with neo directly 

Like many other credit cards, the companies has no visibility with operation of the credit card, you have to check with the credit card company to sort out the credit card issue or card reward issue
