Credit posted to the wrong account

I accidentally added $25 to Account#: xxxxxxxxxxxx, which is the account of a friend that had no credit card. I don't think she is even in the country anymore.
I meant to add it to my Account#: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Is it possible to reverse the charge or move the credit to my account?

Please remove the account #s from you post as anyone can access your post.
Since you have the login info to your friend account, you can create a moderator support ticket to move fund to the correct account using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

Submit a ticket to a moderator.
If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help -> on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"
