I had a credit on my public mobile account previously, and I'm wondering why it didn't carry over when I activated my new sim?

@cng_33 Was/is your previous account still active? If so then you could have just updated the sim number within that account. It sounds like you started a new account, which would not transfer anything from the old/existing one. Can you explain in more detail what you were trying to do? Why did you need a new sim?

From my understanding, Public Mobile does not transfer funds from one account to another. The service is prepaid and typically no refunds. You are to use up all funds before transferring or opening new account.
You could submit a ticket and ask, but no guarantees.
Use the chatbot to create your ticket.
