My brother is using my credit card on his Public Mobile account to pay for his phone usage. How can I have my credit card removed from his Public Mobile account?

The account is opened under his name, not mine, so my credit will not be affected. He is just using my credit card on his account under his name.

I do not know how to contact an agent as recommended:
You will also need to message Public Mobile agents at the link below to explain the situation and hopefully they will agree to remove the cc from file.
Appreciate it if you can let me know

That's a tricky scenario. Best scenario is to find him and ask him to remove it and add his own credit card.
Ok other options which you need to decide. IF, you don't use Public Mobile, Telus or Koodo for your own phone or plan to antime soon, contact your credit card company and stop the charges. This will result in Public Mobile cutting off his phone within days. He will have to figure out how to make the payments moving forward. Your credit will be blacklisted under the 3 umbrella companies listed for atleast 12 months.
You will also need to message Public Mobile agents at the link below to explain the situation and hopefully they will agree to remove the cc from file.
Good luck whatever you decide.

Unfortunately I do not have access to this phone, and I cannot locate my brother. I am not authorizing anymore charges either by Public Mobile.

The card can be removed from his account through his mobile app on his phone. A card cannot be removed from a user’s account, unless a new card is added in its replacement.
On the app, navigate to the “payment” tab at the bottom. Then from there follow the prompts to add a new payment method (card) on file.
