Credit card won't work help

I used my credit card and saved it to my plan for auto pay so it's saved on my account. I went to go purchase an add on and it won't accept it saying it's not valid. I'm worried that it will do this when auto pay comes up as well as not being able to buy the add on help

If all details is correct then it's a system error since you mentioned you were about to buy addon I would suggust send a msg to mod to look further down in your account here's how you contact them

In your private message to any moderator include whatever bits of the following info you have:

Yeah all the information is correct same card I used it to open the account a week or 2 ago so no issues there

I noticed that too I was more like asking check expiration date still valid

And I thought cvc usually doesn't saved in system !

OP has already successfully saved the card in the account for auto pay.  So, I am sure the particulars were entered correctly.

check your credit card details like expiry date and Cvc number on back of card and try on different browser as you mentioned you tried on on phone if you want to try on phone again click on request desktop mode or desktop version page this way you will get desktop page on smartphone too

Try it in private/incognito browsing mode. 

FYI, buying add-on is 2 step process. First time when you buy an add-on, it will add funds to your available balance and 2nd time it will actually use the available funds to add the add-on to your account.
