My credit card has been compromised and I am waiting for a new card. My account payment is due but I don't have my new card. My phone is not working. What can I do.

@PercyQ Just browse the catalog in the rewards portal for every 15 points you have you can redeem $15 off your bill at a time you can do this repeatedly if you have say 45 points to 15 points for $15 3 separate times for total of $45 and if your plan only cost $40 then you will have $5 left over once phone bill is paid

I feel stupid, have not redeemed points before. How do I do it. I can bring up my points but don't know how to apply them to my account.

@PercyQ When you try to log into your account it send you verification code ? Tap “didn’t get code and you should get option to send the code to email instead then log into the account and redeem your rewards to pay your bill if that’s the case . If you can’t log into ask support to help

I have enough rewards to cover the bill but I can't get into my rewards because my account has been suspended

@PercyQ What you can do is go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher for PM and load the funds *611 to resume service right away and update your credit card info later when you recive the new card
