Hello,
Public Mobile doesn't seem to be able to authorize a charge on credit card; my credit card company says there is nothing wrong with my card. My service has been cut off and I need this phone online immediately.
I do not have a second Credit Card. Any help would be appreciated.

@CovertCypher, have you responded to the wrong thread? What does your response have to do with this thread?
Also, because you’ve put it here, what is the meaning of the #1 anyways? A +1 I know will help eleaviate local vs long distance calling messages, but know nothing about the #1.

I had difficulty with any phone number that had #1 before the area code. As soon as I removed it, the problems were resolved. That includes all 1-800 (801, 804 etc).

Check out local Shoppers Drugmart, Canadian Tire gas bars, or WOW Mobile or Walmart for vouchers, in the mean time.

@CovertCypher, while waiting for moderator response to private messaging, I suggest trying again with a different browser, clearing browser cache and incognito mode. These are strategies that have been successful for other customers in the past. It is worth a try.

You will need to contact the mods for this.
- PM Phone Number
- 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
- account number
- date of birth
- complete address listed on account with postal code
- email address on account
- most commonly called numbers
- alternate number listed on the account
- last payment date and amount
- last 4 digits of the credit card
