I submitted a ticket. Still waiting for a response.

The error indicates that the Eversafe login system is unable to locate your My Account from your email login.  But no worries, it is an easy fix for PM support, you will just need to engage them by submitting ticket.  Please open ticket using Public Mobile Expert Messaging using your Community/EverSafe account.  Select Start a Chat to begin:
          https://expert-messaging.publicmobile.ca/guest/pre-chat
**You'll get email/SMS alert when agent replies. or monitor here: https://expert-messaging.publicmobile.ca/message-centre

** If you cannot receive 2FA code via SMS and unable to open ticket, please setup a new Community account using another email and DO NOT link a phone number to it.  You can then create an Expert Messaging ticket with this new account.

I received the 2FA at the email I used to create the community account but when I login it is asking me to activate an esim and transfer my phone number.  I also had to pay as if this is a new account.

The email address to Public Mobile system is just a login username.  If you remember the password, you can still login even you lost access to your email and then go to Profile > Manage EverSafe ID to update the email address

But If you cannot receive 2FA code via SMS/email/voicemail and hence unable to open ticket, please use another email to setup a different Community account and DO NOT link a phone number to it. Having this new community account without a linked phone number, the 2FA will be sent to the email address only, you would then be able to create an Expert Messaging ticket.

To submit ticket via Expert Messaging:
