Morning,

Finally got my iphone unlocked last night.  Voice and text work but I have issues with data.

Could someone check my account please.  Plan is 4.5G at 3G speed.  LTE off, APN set to isp.mb.com.

 

"Could not activate cellular data network

You are not subscribed to a cellular data service"

Just figuered out the issue.  Under General I had old APN settings still present...  All working now.

All that looks correct and as you can make calls suggest it's time to contact the Moderator Team. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with a description of your issue along with your phone number and 4 digit PIN. If you’ve forgotten the PIN, provide any 3 of the following in your message: complete mailing address, email address, alternate phone number,  last top up date & amount.

Moderator hours are: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET). Usually they answer within in a few hours, but can take 24.

@mrlayance Try Settings >> General >> About. If a carrier update is offered install it.

 

Login to your account to confirm data is showing under Data & Add-ons.

Confirm cellular data and roam are both ON.

no luck, changed APN, checked all settings and rebooted.  No luck.

Your 3G data is on the LTE network, so you can turn on the LTE.

 

Check for a carrier update.  I'm not an iPhone user, but @Luddite my be able to assist on this.
