Why can’t I phone you. I want to upgrade my phone and I need to know how to connect it to my public mobile account.
You don’t make it easy to interact with you.

Whoa @Handy1 , we're on different wavelengths there.
I read it as the OP has a new device and simply needed to remove and reinsert their SIM card.
You saw it differently - indeed it could be that too I suppose... 🤔

It's simple, @Blondie48
Remove the SIM card from your existing device.
Put it in the new device (using adapters on or off to fit the SIM slot - you may not need them). If you need to ADD adapters, try any of the local mobile shops near you as they'd have lots...
Turn the new device on.
Done
