Contact with customer service agent

I have problems loading my payment. The usual Public mobile number 611 was not working for me. How do I get the public mobile customer service number to call and get help?

PM is an online service and you can communicate with a CS_Agent through private messaging or SIMon Chatbot and type in create a ticket with your payment issue.

If you have been using *611 to pay, you know your 4 digits PIN, i guess, you can use 1-855-4PUBLIC and pay that way.  (pretty much same as *611, but this number can be used on any other phone)

But if the call cannot locate your number, then it is not good..  The next question would be when was the last time you paid?  120 days ago?
