I want to transfer my number from Koodo - however on the registration page it asks you to first register a new number, then "contact us" if you click the contact us link it goes to the main page - not sure how I contact someone to have the number ported?

The Contact US and Contact Us, Sim and Activation form haven't existed for quite a while now. When a number porting request fails, Public Mobile even sends a text message out to customers to fill out a form that doesn't exist.
The private messaging to Moderator_Team is your only point of contact to contact customer service.

Do the activation with a new number and then send a private message to the Moderator_Team and ask to port in your Koodo number. Koodo prepaid I assume because if it's postpaid you can do it yourself in the self serve
