Hi @Sunils
I presume your accessing this site on a Wi-Fi network or another device.
Also check to see if airplane mode was accidentally switched on.

Make sure you have the correct APN settings.
Tap - settings - network and internet - mobile network - advanced ( scroll down to ) - access point names

Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: Leave blank
Select Save/Done. Select Public Mobile to connect to the Public Mobile network

Are you a new customer or got a new phone? If so, this could be an APN setting issue. Please compared yout settings to ones on the following website: https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile

When you log into your account and look at the section called My Data & Add-ons. Does data show there? If nothing shows it means all data has been used.
If data shows there have you tried rebooting phone? Putting on airplane mode for a few minutes? Make and model of phone?
