I have an active account as I have just transfer my number from fido to public mobile. All eSIMs were deleted except for the Public Mobile newly installed.

how can I get the confirmation code knowing that I am using an iPhone

After reaching out and issuing a ticket, the suggestion was to return to the previous provider to reinstall the eSIM.

Indeed, I have returned to the previous provider, Fido, after accidentally deleting the eSIM and requested a physical SIM. This helped to receive the confirmation code and resolved this issue.

You got your port authorization text from Fido on your Fido sim and you replied yes? Your incoming calls work?

The logim code would have sent yo your PM sim if port is not completed yet, or will still coming to your PM sim after poet is done 

No, someone might suggest get code via e-mail,  you won't get that option until you got your validation text on your phone once

You will have to reach out to a CS Agent to assist. You can TRY and click on "Didn't Get Code" and see if the send to email option is there, if not, you will for sure need a CSA.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
