Community username

I had a username for the community that I created when I first joined PM. I recently tried to login with that username and I get an error message saying that it is already taken. But I know it is mine. Yet, I can't use it. So I had to create a different one to log into the Community. Is it possible to get my old username back, so I can also see old posts?

@Anonymous You will need to contact customer service for help with this.

You should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon for replies.

@Anonymous if the username was used with your current active My Account, then it is possible PM support can help Bit of it was used before with and closed account or never tied with any My Account, then support won't be able to help
