Community rewards - Renewal date

Hi,

The 90-day plan renewal date for my account is on 2nd November.

I expect some community rewards :o).

Considering that the rewards are credited during the first week of each month, in my case will I be able to get the rewards credit in my account before 2nd November ? Or will i lose out on this month's credit since my renewal date is right at the beginning of the month ?

Would appreciate some clarification in this regard.

And, what a great surprise PM came out with the new 90 day 12 gb plan..whoa !!! beats all other plans in the market out of the ballpark..that too by a huge distance..

@neo911 please see @JaK's explanation.  The rewards will apply to the next renewal after they are applied to your account.  So if you renew Nov 4th and get a community reward on, say, the 10th, it will apply to your late Jan/early Feb renewal (I don't feel like counting out 90 days on a calendar, hopefully you get the gist 🙂 )

I've had this happen before, October's community rewards will not be out in time for your renewal, (as you mentioned, normally around the start of the second week of the following month, may even be later this time due to all the extra work caused by the promo plan), they will show up as a rewards credit on your account and will be applied to your next cycle.

@Check your account to know balance and you'll pay only the difference. Your rewards will be applied during your next circle, but those for your next circle will be available to use for the the one coming after November 2nd.
