@NinthSlice Porting out your phone number will close the account . But if you don’t want to keep the number you can turn off auto subscribe in your account
Turn auto subscribe off/on
Or play it safe and ask support to remove credit card on file right away to ensure you don’t ever get charged again
submit ticket with support .using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
