I changed my plan during the month, I was charged at the beginning of the month for my previous plan, then the day I changed again for the new plan and charged again at the beginning of the next month. Why?

On May 12, you purchase US roaming add-on which expired 10 days later.
Since you did not change your plan on May 12, your renewal date will be 30 days from your last renewal date May 2 which is June 1.
Did you scheduled a plan change on your next renewal date?

@HendyFrom the screenshot that you posted it shows that you were charged twice for plan renewals. The first one on May 2 for $30.00 and the second one on June 1 for $25.00. When did you do the plan change?
