I was charged twice, once after it said the payment didn’t go through, so I put the 30 dollars on, not realizing it had charged me already. What can I do to possibly get that back?

@Jennaf18Is the $30 sitting in available balance? If so it will be used next renewal and not bad to leave it in there anyway.
