I saw the promo of 50% discount 

I’m charged twice 22.60 on my card and over all sim transferred and also my next month renewal is also showing 40$ + taxes 

is it normal open the support ticket no answer from them

@nadiaumar26  Those 50% off are just for new activations not existing customers so if your existing customer that’s why you pay full price , but no it’s not typical to have such long delays from support they are swamped because of all the activations issues they had last night so unfortunately wait times are longer then normal right now , but if you have already submitted ticket
