Charged twice

I was charged on my set autopay date but for some reason it wasn’t applied to my account and my service was cut off. I had to log in and pay a second time within the same month. Can one of these payments be refunded?

They are not as it seems the funds charged from my CC on my auto renewal date was not applied to my account for some reason and I only knew this after logging into my account after my service was cut off. I then made a manual payment to get my service working.

check to see if the extra $$ are sitting in your account Available Funds to be used for next regular plan renewal.

if not there...check the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process to get Customer Support. Best is to request account credit rather than refund.
