Charged twice for my monthly Top up

I was changing my plan and changed to a cheaper one for this month, I was trying to manually pay and it said it didn't go through the first time so I did it a second time. I looked at my banking statement and I was charged twice. How do I go about getting one of my payments back? Thank you.
