I was charged 40$ for a 20$ plan,as the promotion for the plan was 50%off for the next 24 months .And also for next month it is showing that i will be charged 43$. Looks like the promotion did not get applied. Promotion was valid till 26 January.

Are you a new customer as of today? This is for customers only.

If so, few people indicated that the full amount must be paid first then 50% credit will be applied later.

If you feel that it is incorrect,  you can create a ticket through the chatbot and inquire.  I don't anticipate they will respond for a few days due to volumes.

you already got charged more or you will be charged more?

I believe some said PM will charge you full amount and give you back 20$ as a credit after couple days.  But ask PM to confirm

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
