Changing to new subscriptions

Hi, 

Yesterday I changed my plan to $34/month for 40gb 5G data but it's not activated yet and still it's the old plan.

Starts after midnight on November 28 if you clicked on Next Renewal Date and picked the new plan before your renewal date not after.

Hi @harshadp ,

Did you choose 'change you plan now' or 'change on renewal date' ? 

If you chose 'change you plan now' , it should be changed right away. 
You may need to submit a ticket with CS Agent to b able to start your new plan immediately:

My renewal is today Nov-28. I made changes yesterday but now it shows my old plan until Dec-28

HI @harshadp 

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again.  Go to Change Subscription page and it should show a pending change on that page
