Let me try to explain here. This service does not have a prorate feature. Once you buy a particular plan, you buy the service for the entire duration. Even if you decide to make changes in the middle, you don't get any refunds. As such, no prorate ever.
Having said that, what most people do when they want to change a plan is to future date it by selecting the new plan and opting for the change to occur on next renewal. This is the cost effective solution. As already discussed, the change should be inputted prior to renewal and not on the day of which may compete with the renewal process and generate unwanted/unpredictable results.

OK, now you are confusing me!
You should change plans “immediately” or on “next renewal date”. What are the plans you changing from to?
If you are trying to change plans on the last day of your cycle, the System may get confused (at least, that is what I think…). There were people in the past, which tried to do changes on the last day of their cycle and created problems! It was recommended not to touch your Self-Serve on the due date.

You should not change plans on renewal date! You must have enough money in your account for the new plan change.
If you need help with this, you will need to send a private message to a Moderator_Team.
Here is the link: click here
In your message, please provide your name, Public Mobile account number or phone number and PIN.
Good luck!
