The clerk that sold me the plan entered a wrong email for my phone number. How can I set my real email ?

Welcome to PM @Saeidborji . Set up your self service account using the right email address. You should be able to do it. https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/ . The confirmation number will come as a text to your phone. Stay safe.
Once you create your self service account. If you are adding an auto pay cred it card. Go here.
When entering your debit/ credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).

@Saeidborji hi if you click on the ? bottom right corner ask Simon the bot to speak to a human this will generate a ticket to speak to a moderator mention change email address
