I want to change my subscription to the new 29.00 can-us-mex plan from a 35.00 can-us plan but its not offering it as an option. How do I subscribe to the new plan

If I go to change my plan, either in the mobile app or on the website, it's only showing me Canada-Wide or Canada/US plans. I already have a Canada/Mexico/US plan, but apparently, I can no longer change to any of the other Canada/Mexico/US plans. If I want to change my plan now, I can only go to Canada-Wide or Canada/US. 👎

It is possible to downgrade., you just don't see all the plans

I wouldn't say that is always the case, but most of promotions are for new customers only and then it is not possible to downgrade..

Unfortunately, PM has made it impossible for existing members to downgrade to a lower priced plan.
Your only option is to port out to another carrier and port back as a new member but this is a big hassle.

Sorry, if its not allowing you to change to it when you sign into your account and click Manage Subscription, that means you can't get it. That's for new subscribers only.
