Changing Plans

I am trying to change my plan back to one I had in the past for $20 a month. However, when I click "Change Subscription" only ones $30+ show up. Why can't I switch to this one? I know it's available for new users because I see it on other pages. What's the deal? Thank you!

Unfortunately it is now extremely difficult to downgrade to cheaper plans (although I was able to move from $39 to a much cheaper one)

Offers are personalized so everyone usually sees different subscription options   That said, you’ll never see a $20 entry level plan unless you port away from PM and return as a new user
