Hi,
I'm trying to change my current plan. However, whenever I click the button "Yes, change my plan on renewal date", it just continues to spin and doesn't advance/confirm any changes. I've tried on an iphone, laptop, Brave, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and using incognito. This happens with my account and my wife's. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions on solving this?

@derecksherrer , please update us how it goes. I could sign in to my account also early this morning but change plans did the same thing for me to! I will try again now.
Edit: Nope change plans still didn’t work for me! It’s still doing the same thing it did to you!

Well for the first time ever I cannot sign in, reset password, get the code or anything so tonight is awash. What you are reporting is not normal although many users experience a caching issue when logging in. I have never had an issue until tonight.
If your renewal(s) is forthcoming then either submit a ticket via SIMon or play it safe and send a private with the account details to verify both accounts and request the CSA schedule a change plan on next renewal for both of you. Send it now and you will have a reply first thing in the morning. Maybe even tonight if they see you online....I'm hoping for a reply myself.

Are you using a mobile device or a laptap/desktop to login?

Good thought, but nope. Every time I log in to make the change, it still shows my original plan. Clicking on the "Payment" section still shows my next payment as for my original plan. "Current Plan" also shows my original plan. I don't see anywhere that shows a scheduled change. It appears that nothing is going through to be processed.

I suspect that your request may have already been processed. Please try logging out and then logging back in using incognito/private browsing mode. Go back to the plan change page to see if it shows that the plan change has been scheduled.
