Hello,
I had to change my subscription plan before the end of my current subscription.
My old term was 5th August - 4th September. Today, (10th August) I changed the subscription effective immediately, using the "Change Now" option. The new term should have updated to 10th August - 9th September, however, it remains at the old term.
The consequence of this is that I lose 5 days of paid service. How can I update this?

I just logged out and then back in and the subscription term has corrected itself. As such, please disregard my support request.
