I changed plans last month before billing cycles ended. I'm still be charged at old plan. Postal shows my new plan but billing at old rate

@Signalmen That caching/delay messed my wife's subscription, too. Made it look like she was still on old plan when it was changed on renewal. I had to exit out of her app several times before it finally for refreshed. Good luck.

Check the bank/ visa first and see if you have been charged wrong. Also clear cash and use incognito private mode as some time is shows wrong

@Signalmen , are you using the app or browser to check your online account? There could be a caching issue resulting in stale data being viewed. Try using incognito mode if using a browser. If using the app, delete app cache or reinstall the app.
