Hello,
i changed my plan before the renewal date.
Thr payment was deducted according to new plan, but it is not updated on my account. The account shows the old plan and usage.
can anyone please guide me about this..?

@SG12 Try clearing cache/cookies and using incognito/private mode or another browser as there are caching issues with PM's updated self serve account currently.

Your Self Serve account page might be showing out of date information. Please log out and close your browser. Opne your web browser again in incognito/private mode and check again.
