Changed phone number by accident

Wow, I hope you're able to get your number back.... perhaps the transaction can be reversed?

I believe once the number is released it sits unused for a certain amount of time until it's available to take again....

I'm really sorry to hear that your number was changed accidentally and would be happy to answer your question.

As a prepaid service, we can actually only change phone numbers once a month - making it impossible to change it right away (regaining the number also depends if it is still available/held in the system). I have sent you a private message with a few more details, please view it.

Since mod only have access to your account send a private msg to mod let see if they can help you out

In your private message to any moderator include whatever bits of the following info you have:
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* PM SIM card number
* Detailed explanation
* Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)

I doubt that they can reassign your previous number. But try sending private message and see if it will be possible.
