Where can I change this setting? I'm guessing I didn't get the Koodo email as I may have said 'no' to this when I set up my account, and I can't see it anywhere in self serve/profile.
Thank you!

Daughter is currently on the 2gb LTE/$45 plan, but I've changed it to the 8gb 3G/$50 plan starting Sept. 6th.

@Anonymous wrote:@SideshowBob, *IF* you have opted out from promotional messages from Public Mobile, I don't think there is a way to get them back. I think there is a way to send a text and the reply will tell you if you are eligible for any offers. If that's not what you are talking about, please advise...
Edit: Only thing you can do is text "offer" to 5130 or 5129. If you are qualified for any offers, you will get a reply back.
Manually checking for offers is a bit of a lottery. I have seen Public Mobile send offer type information from a number of sources. This time it was 5130. Previously it was 5132. I have switched phone a few times along the way, I recall receiving messages from other 51xx numbers. Good luck figuring out what number they will use next.

You may not be getting them because not everyone does. They are targeted offers. What plan are you currently on?

@SideshowBob, I don't think your tag took. Should appear as a link. That said, many have asked in the past, I don't hink even the moderators can reset it. There are several posts discussing this issue.

You'd think that would be an allowable change, hopefully someone @ PM can check.
When my daughter gets back from her 1st day at high school (poor blighter) I'll see if texting that # will return anything.
Thanks!

Good question @SideshowBob! I don't know the answer, but PM should have a privacy officer... if not PM, at least at Telus. Maybe one of the oracles knows the answer...
