Change monthly plans 

how to change lower plan and I also cancel the current and if public let me keep my current plan. or they might disconnect my service. Please help.

get the cheapest plan you see and resume first

I also cancel the subscribed and my plan will expired on Aug 23 and if I dont' choose the plan my connection is be gone and so is my 10 year old phone number disappear.

you can only change to plans offered on your My Account -> Change Subscription page.  Check if you see any plans you like. 

You might not see cheaper plans offered there.  Then you might have to wait and check back weekly.  Changing to cheaper plan is possible but you don't have many choices and they might not show up all the time.
