Good afternoon,
I'm was looking to change my plan but when i click on change plan in self serve no options show up and my current plan is blank. See snapshot.

If you try different browsers and that does not work, you can also try calling 611 and they may be able to help.

Sometime, PM self serve does that. I tried it just now and mine screen was populated properly.
Clear your browser cache and restart your browser to do the plan change again. I am using Chrome and Opera browsers.
