You can also login on the PM app and under Account tab>Manage Login (Secure by Eversafe)>click on the right arrow in circle and change email.

if you have the current password and can login My Account, then go to Profile page, Manage EvenSafe ID and change it there
If you forgot the current password and cannot login My Account, then you will have to try the Forgot Password link on the login page or message support for help
