For your self-serve account, contact the Customer Support Agents as per below.
For your Community account, click your avatar upper right, go to My Settings, and change it there - make sure this matches your self-serve login.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
