I'm trying to change my email address but I'm not getting the code to confirm my identity.
Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Have you tried checking spam folders, it usually ends up there until u add pm to contacts, also if you tried too many times , you probably got locked out and got to wait an hour I think

if you cannot get the code by sms or via email, then you cannot login to update the email address. You will need PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
