Hello,
I have had some issue's getting my account running as I ported from Virgin. I can not access my self serve account and need to change my SIM so I will have a working phone again.My details are below

Hi Paul,
Please do not put your private information on a public forum. Anybody can view your information. You can edit. You need to private message one of the PM moderators for help on this issue. Usually takes up to 4 hours to port. If beyond that time frame, need to contact moderator.
