@morrisonjeffrey When doing a plan change you have the option for the change to take effect immediately or during your net plan renewal. If you pick the immediate option then you will be charged another $50.00 and lose the $40 that you already paid.
In you case it's best to do the change and pick the option for the plan change to automatically occur during your next plan renewal. That way you don't lose the $40.00.

@morrisonjeffrey you can change your plan now, but better to select Change on my renewal date to save some $.

@morrisonjeffrey contact the moderators and ask them of they can do it for you. Add the $10 first if they can't do it, it will be used to do the change at next renewal. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

It is recommended to change plan on next renewal so you do lose any unused minutes/ texts or data.
