I have recently retired and my old email is no longer in service. I would like to change my email address on my account information. How do I do this? Oh my gosh this has been an extremely difficult process!

Again, only PM support can help changing the email address. If you still need their help, please engage them via open ticket with them:
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

I feel for you. I'm trying to do the same thing. extremely, overly complicated.

Unfortunately email address change is not a self serve feature. Frankly I don't see a reason why it could not be made a self serve feature.

@PierreWaite , to change your email address you need to use the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage and intimate a support ticket.
