Carrier Transfer/Activation Mistake

Hi, I accidentally mistyped my phone number when inputting it for number transfer/activation. How do I get it fixed asap?

you can call the PM porting team, but you need to enter the "wrong" number to get to live support

you can find out what wrong number you put in by checking your phone with PM sim.  I should be able to make outgoing calls.  Call someone who can tell you what "wrong" number it has now.  Then call poring team and punch in that wrong number (but porting team is now closed, you have to wait till tomorrow morning)

 

For the porting team number,  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

since the number was wrong, you will need to ask PM  support agent to correct it.
